Adding CSS Codes In Blogger

According to Wikipedia,

CSS is a style sheet language used for describing the presentation semantics (the look and formatting) of a document written in a markup language. Its most common application is to style web pages written in HTML and XHTML, but the language can also be applied to any kind of XML document, including plain XML, SVG and XUL.

To put it in a simple language CSS which stands for Cascading Style Sheets, is the heart of every styling language. It is used to describe Html code. A page designed by CSS looks just fantastic. Many of our part of Blogger Smasher is also designed by using CSS.
But a site without CSS looks plain and somewhat bold. So, it is necessary to understand the mechanics of CSS and add them to blog as we all are active bloggers.
Understanding CSS depend upon one selves but many new people might have problem adding CSS. As we know CSS has it's one rule when the term adding comes. Here, at blogger also it is somewhat twisted. But this post will guide the people to correctly add the CSS codes. Let's proceed then;

Adding CSS Codes;

There are two methods to add CSS codes in blogger. They are;

1. Using Template Designer.
2. By Using Edit Html.

Both of the methods are described below. Both of them work perfectly so choose one of them, OK!

Using Template Designer;

• Go to dashboard.
• Click on the drop down menu and then select Template>Customize.
• You will be forwarded to Blogger Template Designer like the preview below;

• There select Advanced and then add your CSS codes in the box like in the preview above.

Using Edit Html;

• For this method go to dashboard>Templates>Edit Html.
• Then search for  ]]></b:skin> in your template code.
• Now, add your CSS code just above it.

Thus, these were the ways to add CSS code in Blogger blog. I provided two methods because if one doesn't works then another would surely work.
